We want you to love your Magnetic Me pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Our magnetic closures make life easy, and we believe our return process should be just as simple for busy parents.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size or print, or a store credit bonus.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer.

  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
